SSB LOYALTY REWARDS FINAL JANUARY 2010

Expect to receive your gift cards within two-three weeks.  They will either be dropped off for you at your game location or mailed to your address.

Loyalty Rewards — for Golden Tee Live and Silver Strike Bowlers Club

Golden Tee LIVE

• Play 50 games and get $50 back in a GT Gift Card (Get $1 back for every game played as long as you play 50-99 games)
• Play 100 games and get $125 back in a GT Gift Card (Get $1.25 back for every game played as long as you play between 100-199)
• Play 200 games and get $300 back in a GT Gift Card (Get $1.50 back for every game played as long as you play 200 or more)
• 9-hole prize play games are included in your game counts

**So, if you play 60 games you get $60 in gift cards, if you play 90 games you get $90.  Once you hit the threshold, you get paid for every game played.

Silver Strike Bowler’s Club

• Play 50 games and get $10 back in a SSB Gift Card (Get $.20 back per game as long as you play 50-99 games)
• Play 100 games and get $25 back in a SSB Gift Card (Get $.25 back per game as long as you play 100 or more)

**So, if you play 60 games, you get $12 in gift card , if you play 90 games you get $18.  Once you hit the threshold, you get paid for every game played.

1. *Game totals are calculated on a calender month basis, after month-end, total games will be counted and gift cards will be ordered for qualified players.  Please allow two weeks for gift card delivery.
2. *Gift cards will be delivered and/or mailed by local operators.  Gift cards will be operator-specific, meaning your gift card will only work on the Promo Nation Operator’s machines that you used to qualify.
3. *Individual operator loyalty reward programs supersedes the Promo-Nation program
4. We will attempt to find you if you are a qualified player, but please contact us with any further information (operator you play for, location, address, phone number/email, etc…)
